Replacement PS3 Bluray Drive Board

Replacement drive board / main board for the PS3 Bluray drive.

Perfect replacement board for controller chips which are seeming to die, you are able to strip these drives for parts as required.

However you need to flash the NAND firmware chip on the replacement board with the NAND firmware on the old drive board. Alternatively it is possible to desolder both NAND's and do a swap however this isn't for the faint hearted, and those not experienced in surface mount BGA work.

BD7956FS chip is included in these boards which can be easily removed and reused on damaged boards.
